God showed His love

Well God continued to amaze me this past week, for He took the vbs at the church and totally blessed it! We had an average of 45 which worked out so we could still play the big games but the groups were manageable (unlike last year's chaos!). This year was so organised and every day I left feeling confident and satisfied that God worked wonders that day. My volunteers did a super job, so awesome that I had time to just sit and watch everything. Friday was our water day so basically from 9:30-11 I was being hit by water balloons, drenched by hoses, and dumped on by buckets. The kids loved it and it was a ton of fun! Our mission project was a food drive and the kids loved watching the pyramid grow throughout the week. The songs were fun and we even got to sing some Spanish "Yo tengo un amigo qui me ama!" I am awed by kids every year on how much Jesus shows Himself through the children. Today at church Pastor Don thanked me on what I did at vbs-very nice of him!
